2022: The year of the Renters' Reform Bill white paper

The industry is ramping up to the introduction of the Renters' Reform Bill, which has been promised in this parliamentary session.

Other legislation has also now come into play, and agents will need to work with their landlords to ensure they're up to date on what that means for right to rent checks and carbon monoxide and smoke alarm installations.
