Removal of fees for AST and Licence tenancies
We’ve removed the fee option for Assured Shorthold Tenancies and Licence Tenancies to reduce errors and ensure you’re compliant.
Auto-generate Holding deposit
Holding deposits will be auto-generated and capped at one weeks' rent in line with the new law change.
Compliance features based on location
Compliance features will be applied to a tenancy based on it's location so you can remain compliant with both English and Welsh legislation
Tenant Fee Ban-ready documents
Tenant Fee Ban compliant Goodlord contracts and ARLA contracts are available on the platform from 1st September.
