Terms and Conditions apply:

1. This offer is valid only for new customers who sign up before 31 August 2024.

2. This offer guarantees an average referencing return time of 24 hours or less, for Essential, PRO and Priority references, over the duration of the first year of the contract.

3. The return time calculation starts from when the tenant provides all required information.

4. Return time is calculated as the average time in hours to complete references each month, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and references flagged for fraudulent activity.

5. If the average return time exceeds 24 hours over the duration of the first year of the contract, Goodlord will refund the cost of references that took longer than 24 hours from any month with an average return time above 24 hours.

6. Refunds must be claimed and will not be issued automatically.

7. In the event of a force majeure, the guarantee excludes delays caused by external parties or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

9. This offer is not applicable to corporate lets.
