REMOVAL OF FEES FOR ASTs AND LICENCE TENANCIES

We've removed the fee option for ASTs and Licence tenancies to reduce errors and ensure you're compliant. 

AUTO-GENERATE DEPOSIT AMOUNTS

Holding deposits and Security deposits will be auto-generated and capped at the appropriate amount in line with the new law change.

DEPOSIT AND REFUND CALCULATION ON RENEWAL

On renewal of a tenancy, deposits are calculated automatically and we'll show you if there's a refund owed to the tenant where applicable.
