To request Deposit Replacement for a tenancy please complete this form.

Once requested the following steps will occur:

  1. The AST will be amended to reflect cover is in place.
  2. The move-in monies will be amended to reflect the Deposit Replacement Service.
  3. The tenants will be contacted to ensure Tenants Liability is in place and that they understand the Deposit Replacement Service.
Please note all tenants must have been given the choice between this service and a traditional deposit.
